KEY HIGHLIGHTS
Below are key sections you should be aware of, although we strongly recommend reading the full document:
⚙️ Malfunctions
Occasionally, technical issues or human errors may affect the games, website, or related services. These are referred to as “Malfunctions” (see section 5.12 for examples). Affected wagers will be voided, and any resulting rewards or winnings will not be payable.
⚖️ Our Liability
While we fully respect your legal rights (see sections 17.2–17.4), we are not liable for:
- service interruptions or data transmission failures;
- losses due to force majeure events;
- unauthorized access to your payment data (see section 17.5).
We also do not cover indirect or unforeseeable damages (section 17.6), and our liability is limited in other specific scenarios (section 17.7).
👥 Membership Requirements
To register, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Live in a supported region;
- Register only on your own behalf.
You may be asked to verify your identity. Until verified, your account and withdrawals may be paused (see section 5.6.1).
🚫 Duplicate Accounts
Each user is permitted one account only. If we detect multiple accounts:
- all accounts may be closed immediately;
- winnings may be voided;
- funds can be recovered from your original account (see section 4.7).
❗ Serious Violations
If you violate these terms, we may take action, such as:
- suspending or closing your account;
- withholding funds, rewards, and ongoing gameplay;
- excluding you from bonuses and promotions;
- preventing re-registration (see sections 5.12.2, 8.10, 10.5, and 14.2).
Illegal play will result in forfeiture of bets and winnings (see 5.3). Fraudulent activity may also lead to account closure and reversal of withdrawals (see 5.5).
💳 Withholding Payments
We may temporarily withhold payments in the following cases:
- identity not verified;
- suspected fraud or misconduct;
- where legally required (see section 5.6.3).
❌ Unacceptable Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- collusion or cheating;
- automated game-playing tools;
- manipulating outcomes or system data (see sections 8 and 15).
💰 Payments & Withdrawals
Chargebacks or payment reversals are not permitted. If attempted, we reserve the right to recover losses and suspend your account (see 5.5). Withdrawal limits apply and are outlined in section 5.7.
📊 Game Results & Decisions
Game outcomes are determined based on server data. In case of discrepancies between visuals and records, the server records are final (sections 15.3 and 16.1).
🎰 Progressive Jackpots
We may remove progressive jackpots without notice. In such cases, redistributed funds will follow the rules in section 13.5.2.
🏅 Major Prize Winners
We may publish information about major winners in accordance with sections 13.8 and 14.5.
🛡 Responsible Gambling
If there are concerns about your gambling habits, we may:
- set deposit or frequency limits;
- restrict promotions and bonuses;
- pause or close your account;
- block certain games (see section 10.5).
